Chuck Strayve Landscaping, LTD provides a variety of landscaping services including, but not limited to, lawn maintenance, garden design, tree trimming, and irrigation system installation. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Each client will receive a detailed service agreement outlining the specific services to be provided, the schedule of services, and the cost. This agreement must be signed by both parties before services commence.
All pricing for services will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. Payment is due as specified in the agreement. We accept various forms of payment including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring a penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.
Clients must ensure that our team has safe and adequate access to the property during the scheduled service times. This includes securing pets and removing any obstacles that may hinder our ability to perform the agreed-upon services.
Chuck Strayve Landscaping, LTD is insured and will take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to your property. However, we are not liable for damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or pre-existing issues with the property.
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Specific warranties on plants, materials, and workmanship will be detailed in your service agreement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date will be due immediately.
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Our full privacy policy is available upon request.
Chuck Strayve Landscaping, LTD reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Chuck Strayve Landscaping, LTD operates.
